Saturday night will see Saints double winning squad parade through the streets of Paisley with the first division trophy and the Bell's Cup. The tour will be the culmination of a series of events throughout the day to celebrate the team's success this season.

The bus will leave Love Street at around 6.30pm on Saturday, eventually ending up at Abbey Close after travelling through the town.

Other events on the day will include appearances by former Saints captains Tony Fitzpatrick, Tommy Turner and Willie Fulton, whilst footballs will be kicked into the crowd before kick off.

In a few weeks time, on 14th May, there will even be a civic reception for the team at Paisley Town Hall. I wonder if some of the councillor's who voted against our planning applications a year ago will be there?
