It's looking pretty certain that Saints new assistant manager will be current Clyde player Andy Millen. Millen is apparently a highly regarded coach at Broadwood and will soon be teaming up with Gus MacPherson at Love Street.

Millen has previously played for Morton, but that's not what bothers me. What bothers me is that both our manager and assistant manager will be players, and therefore both on the pitch at the same time. Surely we need at least one of them in the dugout to see what is going on and make changes?

Most people thought the new assistant would be a player so it's obviously not as big a problem as I thought. Hopefully a MacPherson/Millen dream team will work wonders at Saints.
