Mirren Mad's latest poll has shown that the majority of Saints fans want Gordon Strachan to be made the new Scotland manager. The former Southampton and Coventry boss took exactly half of the votes.

Strachan is the favourite of most fans anyway, but this poll has backed it up. He's my choice as well, as I think he would be a fantastic boss and wouldn't let the media mess him around. SFA favourite Walter Smith was a distant joint second, whilst current caretaker boss Tommy Burns was joint last.
