Former Saint Charlie Adam has been given his first call up to the full Scotland squad. The Rangers midfielder spent last season on loan at Love Street and was an integral part of our success.
He wasn't expected to feature much when he returned to Ibrox, but after scoring a hat trick in a friendly, Paul Le Guen decided to give him a chance. Adam grabbed it with both hands and has so far scored 13 goals, several of them being free kicks - one against us.During last season Charlie was called up to the under 21 squad for the first time and has now - desrvedly - progressed to the squad proper.
Odds on a call up for Kirk Broadfoot this time next year?
