Strikers Still Haven't Signed

Saints boss Gus MacPherson has this afternoon revealed that strikers John Sutton and Billy Mehmet still haven't signed the contracts that have been offered to them. Meanwhile, five younger members of the squad have penned one year deals.

Keepers Snapped Up

Former Saints' goalkeepers Craig Hinchcliffe and Tony Bullock have wasted no time in finding themselves new clubs. Hinchcliffe has signed for Partick Thistle, while Bullock has returned to former club Ross County.

Saints have tonight confirmed that Alan Reid has signed a new contract with the club. The defender/midfielder has signed on at Love Street for another year. However, goalkeeper Craig Hinchcliffe has left the club after knocking back a similar offer.

Saints have tonight confirmed details of their pre-season fixtures - and guess what? It's near enough the exact same as the last few years. Glamour trips to Stirling and Dumbarton in the summer await.

New Kit Deal Announced

Saints new kit for next season is to be supplied by Hummel. The Danish manufacturers take over from Xara, who have been supplying the kit for eight years.

Saints Linked With Irish Duo

Saints have today been linked with a double swoop for Irish pair Mark McAllister and David Scullion. They both currently play for Dungannon Swifts in the Northern Irish Premier League.

Trio Released

Saints have today confirmed the departure of three players from the club. Tony Bullock, Scott Gemmill and David McKenna will not have their contracts renewed in the summer.

New Song For Saturday

A new song celebrating the dramatic events of last weekend is set to be given its first public airing at Love Street on Saturday. "The Buddies Came Roaring Back" by Al Mitchell was writing and recorded within 24 hours of last Saturday's excitement.

Twenty Years On

Former Saint Charlie Adam has been given his first call up to the full Scotland squad. The Rangers midfielder spent last season on loan at Love Street and was an integral part of our success.

Entry Prices Slashed

Entry prices for Saints last two SPL games of the season have both been cut today. Saturday sees the Buddies travel to Motherwell, while Inverness Caley Thistle visit Paisley next weekend. Today's news means that it would only cost a Saints fan £15 to go to both games!

Relegation Battle Hots Up

The battle to avoid relegation from the SPL is now a three horse race after bottom club Dunfermline hammered third bottom Motherwell 4-1 tonight. The match also saw three red cards.

Bullock For Dens?

Tony Bullock looks set to leave Love Street in the summer and sign for first division side Dundee. The goalkeeper hasn't played for the Saints first team since the Scottish Cup defeat to Dundee United in January.

Millen Sets Record

Andy Millen became the oldest player ever to play in the SPL when he faced Dundee United on Saturday. The record was previously held by former Aberdeen and Hibs goalkeeper Jim Leighton.
